Well,we escaped to Moab this weekend with my family. It was a different side of moab than I had seen before. Usually we go tent camping and hike in Arches. Although I prefer the happy camper side of Moab I also had fun with the new white trash side of Moab. We camped with my parents and their camper up by slickrock. We went jeeping and fourwheeling everywhere.
We were even obnoxious enough to have music at our campsite (which Kev and I would turn off every chance we got). Nonetheless, it was a fun weekend.
Kevin thoroughly enjoyed jeeping and was pleasantly surprised how well our little Liberty handled the Fins N' Things trail. I had a great time riding on the fourwheeler and an even better time riding my bike with my dad and sister (Kevin was wonderful and acted as our waterboy/photographer).
Overall it was a great trip and I'm glad we did it. I love when one weekend can be so much fun.

Baby Oh Baby
I know, you all saw the title of this post and your stomach lurched a little bit. "Oh no, Tori and Kevin are pregnant" you probably thought. Well, no such luck. We are not, I repeat NOT pregnant. But I did see this video of an amazing baby that can read at 17 months! Crazy huh? This is not just memorizing or filling in the blanks like "Goodnight kittens, goodnight _____." Anyway, enough of my rambling. Take a look.

Always a Woman
I've always been happy to be a girl. With the exception of being able to pee standing, up there isn't really anything I'm jealous of men for. In fact being a girl gives me plenty of excuses to do things that men can't get away with. I love being able to wear ridiculous shoes that make absolutely no sense. I love being able to cover up any zits I have with makeup. I love skirts and skimpy swim suits. But most recently I love that when I walked out to my car on Wednesday night and it didn't start and instead went click, click, click. I love that I was able to call Kevin and he knew exactly what to do to make it start. So despite the toilet seat being left up, the shirts, belts, and mud covered boots around my house. The irrational need for multiple screwdrivers, saws, etc. The thing I love most about being a girl, is being married to a boy.

Dancin' Fools
We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase a little something I have been wanting ever since Nintendo announced its intentions to release a simpler video game system. That's right, we bought a Wii. It should be know that this was my request and not Kevin's. I have been begging for one forever and finally bought one (impulse shopping at it's finest) when I was out with my mom and sister. So now we have joined the thousands that bowl in their living room, putt for glory with our controler, and dutifly secure our wrist straps prior to faux boxing. Although all of the Wii sports games have been fun, one of the surprise hits has been Dance Dance Revolution. This game has also been around for years but is a new hit with my family. Tonight we had a "dance off" between my family and it should come as no surprise that I, the rhythmless clutz, came in first. However, what may be a surprise is that my dad, a fifty-eight year old drywall contractor, came in a close second. Here is to my mom and dad getting down with dance dance revolution, nobody moves like you.

Justin is Home

So my awesome brother has been gone two long long long years. I didn't think it was supposed to seem like a long time to family but it felt like forever. He served a spanish speaking mission in the Tempe Arizona mission. He had an awesome time and was a very successful missionary. I can't believe how much he has grown as a person. I can't believe how happy we are to have him home. Here are a few pictures of us welcoming him at the airport.
